* HB 278 Sponsor:McNeil, Margo Status: H Tax Reform Description: Require the state to implement the national Streamlined Sales Tax agreement that would assure taxation of Internet sales. It requires uniformity in state and local sales tax exemptions and processes and establishes provisions for governing taxes imposed on out-of-state sellers.
