Description: Let liquor sellers advertise the price of their products and offer coupons, rebates, prizes and other things of value as an inducement to purchase the product. The House-amended bill has a number of other, unrelated alcohol provisions. The House amended-provision also would allow direct delivery to a consumer of alcohol.
