Description:
Prohibit the Revenue Department from retaining source documents used by individuals to get driving licenses. Require any records already obtained be destroyed. Various amendments added to the bill would prohibit state agencies from cooperating with the federal government to develope a database of those possessing fireamrs or conealed weapons permits. Also creates a WW I memorial fund.
