Description: Establish a statewide database of prescriptions of controlled drugs. Impose confidentiality requirements and limits on how long the information can be retained. Prohibit law enforcement access without a warrant. Require statewide voter approval for the bill to take effect. The SS removes the statewide voter approval provision.
