Description: Various tax cuts for business including development of warehouses for the China hub in St. Louis, amateur sports contests and high-technology industries. Cut back various tax credits including tax credits for elderly and disabled renters. The Senate rejected the House version and asked the House to back off. The House asked for a conference committee. The Senate did not take up that message before ending the special session.
