A 60-year-old St. Charles woman and her grandson were seriously injured last March when natural gas from a leaking underground line exploded.
An investigation by Missouri's Public Service Commission has found that the Leclede Gas Company failed to follow up after a Laclede inspector discovered that the gas line was leaking.
Bob Leonberger at the Public Service Commission says the complaint could lead to a court hearing.
