intro: The Missouri Public Service Commission has filed a complaint against Laclede Gas Company. The Commisison says Laclede did not properly inspect a faulty St. Charles gas line which later exploded. Lee McGuire is in Jefferson City with more.

A 60-year-old St. Charles woman and her grandson were seriously injured last March when natural gas from a leaking underground line exploded.
