For the first time in more than 30 years, the St. Louis metro area will have no representative in next session's top legislative leadership.
In the race for Senate majority leader, Kansas City area Representative Ronnie DePasco defeated St. Louis County representative Wayne Goode.
But DePasco says that doesn't take St. Louis out of the loop:
