The Missouri Public Service Commission is taking a closer look at Southwestern Bell's application to provide long distance service to Missouri residents. Zana Lo has the story from Jefferson City.

The intervention pre-hearing is set for 10 a.m., September 30th at the PSC. From Jefferson City, this is Zana Lo.
