Missouri Supreme Court hears Tobacco Settlement Case

The Missouri Supreme Court listened to arguments on the state's $6.7 billion tobacco settlement.

The battle is over who is going to pay the lawyers.

One of the state's most outspoken Republican senators says the Democratic Attorney General made an unconstitutional contract with a private lawyer.

But, Assistant Attorney General Paul Wilson defends his boss, arguing the contract follows Missouri law and requires the legislature to pay attorney's fees.
