Poverty fighters call upon Governor Blunt to take action

Graff is the President of the Missouri Association of Community Action. She met with the Governor prior to the rally to discuss reforms to anti-poverty policy.

The rally was just one stop on a week-long tour of Missouri during the "Piece by Piece" anti-poverty campaign.

The Missouri Association for Community Action hosted an anti-poverty rally at the state Capitol, hoping to inspire reform in poverty prevention.

Donna Beegle served as the headline speaker and explained how one community action committee saved her from poverty.
