Erika Navarrete (Nahv-ah-rett) has more from the state capitol.
Cold Stone Creamery developer Kevin Garrett said in the last four years they've exceeded the production of 1.5 million handrolled cones and he believes the bill would increase sales for all individual ice cream stores in the state.
But the idea doesn't just appeal to ice cream makers and kids.....16-year-old Amanda Moehlenpah also agrees with the idea.

Republican Senator John Loudon is the sponsor of the bill.
