Election day is only 3 weeks away, and most political campaigns have stopped many activities in respect to late Governor Carnahan. No Senatorial decisions have been made either, said the Democratic Party's executive director, Roy Temple.

OutCue: "funeral on Friday."
Contents: Temple says that there has not been any official consideration as to what we do next, and won't be any until after the governor's funeral on Friday.

It is too late for Democrats to name a replacement to run for the Senate. However, if Carnahan wins the election, Governor Roger Wilson will appoint a replacement for the Senate.

From Jefferson City, I'm Rodger Oakes.
