Senator proposes increasing gambling fees to pay for transportation

That's what one Missouri lawmaker is proposing.

Senator Ted House, a Democrat from St. Charles County, is proposing a bill that would increase the admission fee on gambling boats from two dollars to four dollars.

House's bill would use that money to pay for public transportation.

House says he chose gambling boat admissions fees as just another source of revenue.
