Legislative committee to decide who pays union service fees

Missouri's non-union workers may see a change in their future paychecks. Ann Hynek has the story.

Governor Holden's executive order on collective bargaining plans to charge union service fees to both union and non-union workers.

The fee deduction would appear in each employees' paycheck.

Herb Johnson is Secretary and Treasurer for Missouri's AFL-CIO.

He says that all workers benefit from labor unions, and should have to provide for those benefits.
